Bulk actions
Bulk actions change many test cases in one step.
- In the Test design explorer, click Select.
- Tick test cases, or whole folders. The bulk action bar shows how many are selected; Clear empties the selection.
- Choose a Bulk action:

| Change | Set status | Draft or Ready |
| Change | Add tags | Adds tags without removing existing ones |
| Change | Add to test plan | Adds the cases to a plan. Type a new name to create the plan on the spot |
| Change | Add to execution | Adds the cases to an execution, or creates a new one |
| Change | Request review | Starts a review round (when the review workflow is on) |
| Remove | Archive | Moves the cases to Archived. Existing execution results are kept |
- Click Apply to N (or Archive N).
You can change up to 500 test cases at once.
The AI assistant can do the same from a sentence, for example Set priority High on every test case tagged payments in /Checkout.
