AssertThat BDD & Cucumber plugin for Jira

We have outlined our roadmap for the AssertThat BDD & Cucumber plugin for Jira to provide visibility of the next set of exciting features for the plugin. The features and enhancements are based on feedback and conversations we have had with our customers. Feature overview and Status

Product Enhancements

  • Formatting and Description field enhancements - In addition to formatting enhancement changes users will be able to include links within feature description fields.

  • New Dashboard Gadgets - Following on from releasing Q1 Gadgets “Cross Project Scenario counts”, and “Automation test run status per project”, the following Gadgets will be developed in Q2:

  • Number of times in status Gadget

Test Automation reporting enhancements - New reporting and charts detailing test automation investigation status.



Atlassian Program Support - We support a number of Atlassian programs with ongoing support for:

  • Cloud Fortified - apps are designed to serve the largest customers and those with more business-critical operating requirements.

  • Marketplace Bug Bounty - We have been participating in the Marketplace Security Bug Bounty program since Q4 2020, and we continue to develop and improve our Security capability.

  • Data Residency - Atlassian data residency enables organizations to specify where subsets of their product data at rest are hosted. This new functionality has been made available on Jira Enterprise plans. Please get in contact if you would like to start using Data Residency with AssertThat.

  • Cloud Migration Assistance - We provide support and assistance as some customers choose to move to Cloud Platform. Please note we continue to fully support and develop our Data Center and Server versions of the plugin.
